COOKIE POLICY
Last Updated: July 6, 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are and how they are used by the Dive Listings platform available at:
www.DiveListings.com
The Platform itself sets only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, together with cookies set by the payment and email service providers described in section 5. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and therefore does not display a cookie consent banner. By using the Platform, you agree to the use of these cookies in accordance with this Cookie Policy.
2. Data Controller
The Platform is operated by:
Necsaris Group
Calle Baleares 4
38670 Adeje
Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Spain
Email: [email protected]
3. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on a user's device when visiting a website.
On this Platform, cookies are used only to:
- keep the site functioning properly;
- remember your sign-in session;
- improve security.
Cookies are not used to directly identify individual users.
4. Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the proper operation of the Platform. Without them, sign-in and secure form submission will not work. They are all first-party (set by Dive Listings itself), and the Platform sets no other kinds of cookies.
- sessionid — keeps you signed in and maintains your session. Expires after about two weeks or when you log out.
- csrftoken — protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery. Lasts for the session.
- messages — briefly stores one-time status notifications (for example, "your listing was saved") and is cleared once the message has been shown.
The Platform does not use functional, analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind.
5. Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party service providers. These providers act as independent controllers of any data they collect, governed by their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — secure card payment processing. When card payments launch, Stripe may set its own cookies to complete a transaction and to detect and prevent fraud. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
- Newsletter / email service provider — used to manage newsletter subscriptions and deliver our emails when you sign up. Subscribing is handled on our own servers; our email provider may set cookies if you interact with content in the emails we send.
These are the only third-party services the Platform integrates. It does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. If that changes, this Cookie Policy will be updated before such cookies are introduced.
6. Managing Cookies
You can delete stored cookies or block cookies entirely through your browser settings.
Because the Platform uses only strictly-necessary cookies, blocking or deleting them will prevent you from signing in and from submitting forms, and parts of the Platform will not function correctly.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
The Operator reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Cookie Policy at any time.
The most current version will always be available on the Platform together with the updated "Last Updated" date.
Users are encouraged to review this Cookie Policy periodically.
